Just a few quick tips if you are not using a planner/coordinator who is taking care of the little details for you the day of the wedding...(although you should be using a coordinator!!!)

make sure that if you are naming your tables, correlate them to the table number on your floor diagram for the catering staff. Also remember to give your caterer or venue the number of guests at each table! These two little details make everyone's job so much easier.
