I had the pleasure of being an invited guest at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Cakes by Happy Eatery's 2nd store location in Manassas. It is a beautiful store and of course the owners Victoria Wu and Emily Wu Rorer and staff outdid themselves. We indulged in a delicious lunch and then finished off the afternoon with a dessert display that was enormous, and yes, so yummy!!!! Also present was Capital Chocolate Fountains with their variety of dipping items for the milk chocolate fountain.
If you are not familiar with Cakes by Happy Eatery, be sure to make a trip to try out some of their goodies either in Centerville or now Manassas. Not only do they have delicious lunches and desserts, but they have made lots of my client's wedding cakes, and boy, are they beautiful!
