This service includes planning the wedding from start to finish.
This is for the couple who would like assistance in vendor selection, site selection, and budgeting tips.
As your planner, I will be available to assist you as much or as little as you want.
This is your wedding, and you will know what is right for you.
I will provide guidance to make sure things stay on track and get accomplished with ease, saving you time, energy, and money.
The following is what is also included in this service tier:

Provide a vendor list and accompany you to meet vendors you have selected to interview.

Venue Selection Assistance: locate, check their availability, and set appointments to visit.

Help to ensure your vision of your special day becomes a reality.

Offer design ideas.

Schedule appointments to meet vendors/site manager.

Have regular meetings to review status of planning.

Be present when you have to sign contracts if you wish.

Review contracts.

Help secure room block at hotels for guests.

Help with selection of invitations and favors, at my cost.

Help with putting the invitation ensemble together if you wish.

If calligraphy services are needed, bring envelopes to the calligrapher.

Stuff envelopes, stamp and mail invitations, if desired (costs for calligrapher and stamps will be paid by the client).

Send and track responses if desired.

Keep track of menu choices of guests (if menu choices have been given).

Give a final guest count to the caterer.

Take care of place cards for the reception.

This service tier is for the couple who wish to plan some of the
wedding themselves and have already secured some vendors on their own.
The options for partial planning are as follows:
PACKAGE 1
- Budgeting advice and creation of a budget if one is still needed
- Vendor referrals based on client’s needs
- Review of contracts that client has gotten on their own
- Site visit for ceremony and reception
- Wedding etiquette advice
- Review of all wedding details and vision of couple
- Progress meetings
- Wedding Day Directing and Coordinating as stated in that Service Tier
- Assistance with invitations and discount on all purchases Design/decor ideas
PACKAGE 2: All of the above, plus:
- Vendor outreach on behalf of client as well as setting of necessary appointments
- One additional site visit
PACKAGE 3: All of the above, plus:
- Attend vendor meetings with client
- Assist in negotiating vendor contracts
- Two additional site visits
This service begins two months before the wedding, and includes a one hour
rehearsal and the day of the wedding (up to 10 hours) We will make a good faith
effort to do anything that must be done to have your wedding run smoothly, and
be the wedding you have always wanted!
- We will hold an initial meeting with you (approximately 2 hours at time of
signing contract) to discuss the event to allow us to understand your visions of
your special day, review your vendor contracts, and answer any questions you may
have.
- There will be subsequent meetings for further discussion as necessary.
- If invitations are needed and purchased, they will be at a discount
- We will contact clergy and arrange a visit to the place of worship.
- We will contact the venue and arrange a visit.
- We will contact all vendors for an introduction and to send a time-line for the
event.
- We will work with you on reception site floor plans and seating.
- At the Rehearsal, we will meet with the family and bridal party with
instructions for the ceremony, and assist the officiant or conduct the
rehearsal. (Note: if place of worship has their own wedding coordinator, we are
not obligated to attend rehearsal.)
- Day of Wedding:

- Arrive several hours before ceremony to do a check of the facility. (Note: if
place of worship has their own wedding coordinator, we are not obligated to be
present)
- Set up programs, pew bows, and unity candle if necessary.
- Meet Photographer and Musician and discuss procedures.
- Meet Florist and check that everything has been delivered.
- Synchronize timing with Clergy and musician;
- Make sure wedding license is in hands of Clergy.
- Make sure Best Man and Maid of Honor have rings.
- Assist family with corsages, boutonnieres, distributing of flowers, and dressing
if necessary.
- Review procedures and rules for processional and recessional.
- Arrange for return for picture taking.
- Have my emergency kit available for use the entire day
- Reception:
- Placement for place cards, guest book, and gift table before everyone arrives.
- Make sure DJ/Band has the names and order of the wedding party for
introductions.
- Check with the caterer as to table settings, cake table, decorations etc.
- Place favors, menu cards on tables as needed
- Coordinate with the Photographer and/or videographer. Provide timeline.
- Coordinate with catering, musicians for first dance, toast and cake cutting.
Provide timeline.
- Coordinate Garter Toss and Bouquet Toss with musicians/DJ.
- Prepare for departure of bridal couple and guests.
- Distribute any final payments/ gratuities due that day to appropriate vendor
- Pack toasting flutes, cake knife, and bring gifts to family car at end of the
evening

- Last minute errands within a reasonable distance, such as pick up items at the
grocery before heading to the wedding

The following extra services are offered:
- Invitation assembly and mailing (stamps and calligraphy charges not included):
$1.00 per invitation
- Assembly of guest gift bags or bathroom baskets: we can do the shopping or you
can supply the items to go in the bag! From $3.00 per bag (this does not include
cost of materials). Baskets can be rented for use.
- Rehearsal Dinner Planning: We can find the perfect venue for your "before you
say I Do Dinner" and be of assistance in the menu planning and whatever is
needed to make this a wonderful, fun event: $300.00
- Provide invitation and personalized thank you note selection; all at a discount
- Rental of moiré locked mailbox for envelope gifts: $25
- Rental of silver easels to display menu cards: $1.50 each
- Rental of number holders and/ or number cards for tables $1.00 each
