This service tier is for the couple who would like assistance in the planning of their the wedding from start to finish. I will provide guidance to make sure things stay on track and get accomplished with ease, saving you time, energy, and money. As your planner, I will be available to assist you as much or as little as you want. This is YOUR wedding and you will know what is right for you.
The following is included in this service tier:

• Planning calendar
• Budget planning
• Wedding etiquette advice

• Appointment scheduling and accompanying clients to appointments
• Site visits
• Vendor contract reviews and negotiation
• Design and decor recommendations
• Scheduled planning meetings with clients
• Assistance in securing of hotel room blocks
• Assistance in selection of invitation ensemble
• Assistance in assembling, stamping and mailing of invitation ensemble
• Delivery of envelopes to calligrapher (cost of calligraphy and stamps paid by client)
• Keeping track of responses and menu choices
• Emailing bridal party with information of rehearsal and wedding day activities
• Preparation of timeline according to clients needs
• Contacting all vendors and sending timeline to each
• Being present for one hour rehearsal and up to 12 hours on wedding day, plus everything in Coordination and Directing Package Number 1
• Unlimited email access to planner
• Unlimited phone calls during regular business hours and access to planner's cell phone
• Reminders of details needing attention, setting of appointments and obtaining contracts needed, e.g. buying of rings, registry, marriage license, hair/makeup, honeymoon planning, tuxedo rental, transportation needs, rehearsal dinner, and after party
• Delivery of guest gift bags to hotels
• Delivery of gown or flowers for preservation
• Last minute errands within a reasonable distance, such as pick up items at the grocery before heading to the wedding
• Keeping you stress-free to have a wonderful wedding experience.

This service tier is for the couple who wish to plan some of the wedding themselves and have already secured the venue and one other vendor on their own.
The options for partial planning are as follows:

Package 1:

• Budgeting advice
• Vendor referral
• One site visit to ceremony and reception site
• Wedding etiquette advice
• Review of vendor contracts already obtained
• Everything in Wedding Day Directing and Coordination Package 2
• Assistance with invitation selection with invitations priced at a discount

Package 2: All of the above stated in package 1, plus

• Design and decor ideas
• Vendor outreach on behalf of the client; checking availability and setting of appointments (no negotiating or attending of meetings by planner)
• Up to three progress meetings
• One additional site visit
• Everything in Wedding Day Directing and Coordination package 1

This service begins two months before the wedding, and includes a one hour rehearsal and the day of the wedding (up to 10 hours). We will make a good faith effort to do anything that must be done to have your wedding run smoothly, and be the wedding you have always wanted!

• An initial meeting with you (approximately 2 hours at time of signing contract) to discuss the wedding you have planned, to allow us to understand your visions of your special day, to review your vendor contracts, and answer any questions you may have.
• Subsequent meetings via phone or in person for further discussion as necessary.
• Invitations available at a discount
• Prepare timeline based on your needs and wishes
• Contact the venue and arrange a visit.
• Contact all vendors for an introduction and send a timeline for the event.
• At rehearsal, meet with the family and bridal party with instructions for the ceremony, and assist the officiant or conducting the rehearsal
• Set up any decor at ceremony site except florals being obtained from florist
• Assist with reception site plans and seating
• Place favors, placecards, menu cards, etc. as needed
• Review room diagram and guest tables for proper setup
• Make sure DJ/Band has the names and order of the wedding party for introductions
• Coordinate with catering, musicians for first dance, toast and cake cutting
• Prepare for departure of couple
• Pack toasting flutes, cake knife, and bring gifts to family car at end of the evening
• Have emergency kit available for use the entire day
• Distribute any final payments/ gratuities due that day to appropriate vendors

• Rehearsal Dinner Planning: We can find the perfect venue for your "before you say I Do Dinner" and be of assistance in the menu planning and whatever is needed to make this a wonderful, fun event
• Provide invitation and personalized thank you note selection; all at a discount
